Full grooms, wash & tidies, daycare, and nail clips. A full groom is the works — clip, wash, dry, nails, ears, and tidy-up. A wash & tidy freshens things up without taking any length off. For short-haired breeds (Staffies, Vizslas, Greyhounds, Bulldogs), we do a full wash, nail trim and ear clean.

It depends on the breed, size, and condition of the coat — and whether you want long or short. We do a quick consultation at drop-off each morning so there are no surprises. We'll go through everything with you then.

Most, yes. We no longer take larger breeds including St Bernards, Malamutes, Sheepadoodles, Samoyeds, Huskies, German Shepherds, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Irish Wolfhounds, Newfoundlands and similar. If you're unsure, just ask.

No — we're in a proper salon at 6/49–51 Mitchell Rd, Brookvale. Come find us.

No food or treats unless you’re doing daycare and/or request food — there are water bowls throughout the floor. If your dog has specific dietary or medical needs, let us know at drop-off and/or update their profile on our system.

Yes. We have separate fenced areas for dogs who'd rather fly solo. Book an early appointment if possible — it makes things easier for everyone.

Check our booking system for the most up to date availability. During summer (Sept–March) we can get quite busy so its best to secure your preferred date and time in advance.

We send a reminder text the day before and the day of. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged — this protects our groomers' time and keeps the waitlist fair.

We open at 8:30 and take bookings every 30 minutes until 12:30pm eg. 8:30am, 9am, 9:30am. This allows us to manage the flow of the salon and our groomers arrival time. We will send you a text when we are finished grooming and you can arrive anytime from thereon until we close. We do get quite busy and have lots of seniors/anxious dogs that need regular breaks so this can mean we take a little more time to finish. If you have a preferred pick up time let us know and we will try our best to meet your desired time on the day.

For a full groom — no. It's genuinely better for your dog if you're not there; they settle much faster when they can't see you. Walk-in nail clips are fine.

Yes — there's a spot directly across from our entrance marked with a 6 on the ground and a big DOGS ONLY sign. If it's taken, please use street parking rather than other units' spots.
