Why we're doing this
We've outgrown our little daycare.
Some of you already know we run daycare. It's a small operation. A handful of dogs, a few days a week, tucked into a salon that was really only ever designed for grooming.
We love those days. There's nothing better than a room full of dogs who have decided they're all friends now.
But we've been turning people away, and that's been sitting with us.
"Some dogs come here to wrestle. Some come to find a quiet chair to sit under. Both are welcome. Both should have the space to be comfortable."
So we've found a bigger space, a few minutes from the salon. It lets us do daycare the way we've wanted to do it all along.
The new space
Four things we couldn't do before
Separate rooms
Big dogs, small dogs, and a quiet room for the ones who find the whole thing a bit much. Nobody has to be brave to have a good day. We already keep separate fenced areas at the salon, so this isn't new to us. There's just finally enough room to do it properly.
Still cage-free
No kennels, no crates, no dog sitting in a box watching the door. That was never going to change, and it never will.
A structured day
Play, rest, play again. Not eleven hours of chaos, which is exhausting for a dog even when they seem to be loving it.
Training, built in
Recall, manners, confidence around other dogs. Daycare shouldn't just be somewhere your dog goes. It should be somewhere your dog gets better.

You trusted us with your dog before anyone else did, so you hear this first. We're holding the first 25 spots for our salon families before daycare opens to everyone at $70 a day.

Our promise to you
If we don't open, you don't pay.
We're opening by Monday 28 September. If we aren't open by then, your money comes straight back. All of it, automatically.
You won't need to ask us, chase us, or fill anything in. We'll just refund you, and we'll be a bit embarrassed about it. We're asking you to back us early, so the risk sits with us, not with you.

What are the opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm. Drop off and pick up any time within those hours, no set windows.
Where is the new space?
A few minutes from the salon. We'll share the exact address with our founding members first.
What if my dog has never done daycare?
Come in for a free Meet and Greet before their first full day. It's about 45 minutes, we get to know each other, and we work out which room suits them. If daycare turns out not to be right for your dog, we refund your pack in full.
When do my days expire?
Twelve months from the day we open, not from the day you buy. And you can share them across the dogs in your household, so two dogs and one pack is completely fine.
Can I change my mind after you open?
Yes. If daycare isn't working out for your dog, tell us within the first 30 days of opening and we'll refund any days you haven't used.
What happens after the 25 spots go?
Daycare opens to everyone at $70 a day, without the locked rate or the priority booking. The founding rate won't come back.

- Founding rate of $60 per full day (10 Day Pack) or $55 per full day (20 Day Pack), locked for 12 months from the opening date.
- Packs are valid for 12 months from the opening date and are transferable between dogs in the same household.
- If Dogs Only Daycare has not opened by Monday 28 September 2026, every Founding Pack is refunded in full, automatically, within 14 days. No request is required.
- Founding members may request a refund of any unused days at any time within the first 30 days of opening.
- Priority booking means founding members can book up to 6 weeks ahead. Casual bookings open 2 weeks ahead.
- All dogs must be vaccinated (C5 or equivalent), desexed if over 7 months, and complete a Meet and Greet assessment before their first full day. If your dog is not suited to group daycare, the pack is refunded in full.
- Limited to 25 founding spots in total across both pack sizes.
